Quantity, engine type and installation details are helpful. If identification is uncertain, you can attach a photograph.
Photos, PDF or CAD: up to 5 files. After preparation, no more than 5 MB per file and 10 MB in total.
JPG, PNG, WebP, PDF, STEP, STL, DXF or IGES. Large photos are resized on your device before sending; originals are preserved. HEIC/HEIF is converted to JPEG where supported by your browser; otherwise please export it as JPEG. Photos for preparation: no more than 40 MB and 80 megapixels. PDF and CAD files remain unchanged.
An overall view, photographs from several sides and legible markings are helpful. Where available, also show mounting points, mating components and any damage. The photographs support the initial identification. Please attach only project-related files and remove unnecessary personal information.
