This version is delivered through OpenAI Sites. When you visit, the hosting infrastructure processes technical connection data such as IP address, requested address, time and browser information to deliver and secure the website. Shortlist and enquiries

The shortlist stores only selected components and quantities in your browser’s session storage. You can remove items at any time. Closing the browser session normally clears this storage; your browser’s restore features may retain it. The shortlist is not transmitted to us.

The form assembles an email in your browser. It does not send your details to, or store them on, an enquiry server. We receive your contact details, project information and any attachments only when you send the prepared email yourself.

Handling your message

We use incoming contact details and project information to respond and, where appropriate, prepare a quotation. The legal basis is pre-contractual measures under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR or, for other business enquiries, our legitimate interest in handling them under Article 6(1)(f). Messages are retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, subject to statutory retention obligations.

Fonts, images and analytics

This website does not embed external fonts, maps, videos or advertising trackers. Images are served with the website. The hosting service provides visitor and page-view counts. The website itself sets no additional analytics or advertising cookies. Technical cookies of the hosting and sign-in service are governed by that service’s terms.

Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability.
