Long vertical shaft E for cylinders 3–4 of Porsche 4-Cam engine types 547 and 692. It transfers the drive to the exhaust camshaft of this cylinder group.
The geared end mates with crown wheel E 692 235 01; the opposite end is checked against main-shaft pinion D 692 223 02. The E shaft marking and pair identification help establish which existing components belong together.
The long E shaft belongs to cylinder group 3–4. The B shaft belongs to the opposite group, 1–2, so the installation position is needed as well as the engine type.
